Q: What is your office operation hours?

A: Our office operates from Mon- Fri 9:30 – 18:30 / Sat: 9:30 – 18:30. Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.

 

Q: What kind of services do you provide?

A: We provide fixtures production, Exhibition equipment rental, warehouse storage & management services and product distribution.

 

Tailor-made fixtures

 

 

Q: Can I order tailor-made fixture from your company?

A: Yes, you can tailor-made fixture based on your own design.

 

Q: What kind of fixtures do you produce?

A: Wooden furniture for home and business, showcase or exhibition booths for events.

 

Q: Do you provide installation service?

A: Yes, we do.

 

Q: Do you provide warehouse service for temporary storage?

A: Yes, we do.

Rental Services

 

Q: How to place order?

A: Please contact our customers service hotline at (852) 2420 0658 and then quote the item code to our sales presentative.  Our sales representative will check the stock availability for you and then return an email to you with quotation.  Once the quotation is confirmed, customer has to proceed payment for this order within 24 hours.  Otherwise, the stock will be released to other customers.

 

Q: Can I download or receive the rental price on regular basis?

A: Currently, the rental price will be quoted by email only.  If you subscribe our eNewsletter online, you will receive our updated product information and company news.   

 

Q: Is there any minimum order amount?

A: Yes, the minimum rental amount is HK$500 per order excluding delivery charge.

 

Q: Do you provide delivery service?

A: Yes, we provide delivery service to designated location.  Delivery charge is based on the order quantity and location.  Charges will be included in quotation as separate item.

 

Q: Can I pick up the rental items by our own?

A: Yes, customers can choose to pick up the rental items by themselves.

 

Q: Is there any deposit required for rental?

A: Yes, customers are required to pay the same amount of total rental cost as deposit excluding delivery charge (if any).

 

Q: What kind of deposit medium do you accept?

A: Either Cash deposit or Bank Cheque.  For the ease of order, we suggest customer to prepare a crossed bank cheque as deposit and it will be collected on-site.

 

Q: When will the deposit be returned?

A: Deposit will be returned to customers by cheque while we are collecting the rental items on-site or returning the rental items to our warehouse. 

However, if there is any scratch or damage of the rental items, we will base on the damage level to deduct from deposit.

 

Q: When do I need to proceed payment?

A: Once order confirm, customer has to proceed payment within 24 hours.

 

Q: What kind of information should I provide to place order?

A: We require customers to provide Company Name, Full Name, Contact No. and email address.

 

Q: What kind of payment method do you accept?

A: We accept cash deposit, bank transfer and cheque deposit.  Our bank detail is as below.

Q: Can I cancel the order?

A: Yes, customer can cancel the order with charges as below.

- 30% cancellation charge on total order sum will be charged if the job is rescheduled or cancelled within 72 hours before its commencement.

- 50% cancellation charge on total order sum will be charged if the job is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours before its commencement.

- 100% cancellation charge on total order sum will be charged if the job is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours before its commencement.
